This two part masterclass explores the internal architecture of strength through specific techniques drawn from the Yi Jin Jing.


What is the Yi Jin Jing?

The Yi Jin Jing is a legendary internal routine over 1,500 years old. Originating from ancient health and martial traditions, it was designed to transform the physical frame into a powerful and unified system. The name translates to the Muscle and Tendon Changing Classic, a time tested method for rebuilding the body from its deepest layers.


The Purpose of the Practice

This practice builds deep muscle and elastic strength. Through unique isometric tensions and internal resistance, we lift weights from the inside. This routine works by:

  • Remodeling the Fascia: Turning connective tissue into resilient and high tension cables.
  • Building Functional Muscle: Engaging the deep stabilizers that protect your joints and spine.
  • Creating Unified Power: Teaching the body to move as one single and coherent force.

The Syllabus

Part 1: The Foundation of Resistance 

Sunday, May 24 

You will learn the foundational frames of the Yi Jin Jing. We focus on generating internal load to activate deep muscle fibers and establish structural stability. By finding the correct alignment, you create a natural resistance that strengthens the body from the bone to the skin.


Part 2: Integrated Power 

Sunday, May 31 

We move from stability into the full expressions of the routine. You will learn to extend the limbs and torso to their natural limits, tensioning the fascia to create elastic strength. This allows the body to act as a unified chain, making physical power feel effortless and supported.
