QiFlow, a hybrid exercise program, interweaves the most powerful and effective elements of TaiChi, Qi Gong and breathwork into one seasonal flow. It is a soothing and gentle program that helps enhance vitality, balance, flexibility and mental clarity .
QiFlow courses are offered 5 times per year and are seasonally aligned with the Five Element Theory of Chinese Medicine. Each course has a special focus on the energy systems as related to the element and the season.

When you sign up for a QiFlow Course, you will be able to attend LIVE classes and will have access to unlimited recorded classes for the duration of the course!
The QiFlow Program is suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities, but is especially beneficial for those with old injuries and achy bodies. The exercises are soothing and gentle and will relieve stress and tension.
The QiFlow program interweaves the most powerful elements of TaiChi + Qi Gong+ Breathwork and therefore provides the benefits known to these three healing art forms such as increase in vitality, emotional balance, flexibility, fluidity, joint mobility, balance and mental clarity.
Although LIVE classes with Leda are the best way to experience class, you will have unlimited access to the recordings of the weekly class. You will be able to watch the classes and enjoy the exercises for the duration of your course.
