Module: fire

Summer is the time for expansion. This period is associated with the Fire Element and the energy system of the heart+small intestine. The light of the radiant sun is most vibrant and the natural world is at its peak of growth. 

To harness and align with this incredible energy, the summer flow incorporates exercises to uplift, energize and offers a deep connection to the natural world. 

This module includes:

1. QiFlow  Instructor or Associate Instructor Training Manual

2. Series of  8 on-demand  QiFlow FIRE video lessons

•  lessons are an 8 series of seasonal QiGong, TaiChi+breath-work flows that correspond to the FIRE element (Five Element Theory )
• emotional attributes that correspond to the heart, small intestine, pericardium +triple warmer energy systems
• meridian tapping and massage technique
• seasonally aligned meditation
• a short TaiChi sequence 
• ++The exercises each week will build upon the previous week  and will awaken sensitivities to your own energy flow and will promote balance of the mind, body and spirit.  The class will activate deep healing specific to your needs as you learn to control the seasonally aligned flow of energy.

Options for Tiers of Certification:

Associate Instructor (100 hours)

QiFlow Instructor (200hours)

Associate Instructor:  ( 100 hours)
With this certification you will be free to create your own style of  QiGong/TaiChi/Breathwork flow using the information learned from the QiFlow program and promote/ supplement your own teaching style.  You will not be certified to use the name QiFlow in your teaching, or marketing. 

To become an Associate Instructor you must complete the following:

• Complete all video lessons in  each one of the WOOD, FIRE, EARTH, METAL, WATER  
• Read through the manual and all of the PDFs in each of the modules and recommended reading books
• Document home practice hours  (20  hours of home study per module) 
• Complete 5 private training sessions with Leda ( 1 per module)

QiFlow Instructor Certification:  ( 200. hours)

A QiFlow Instructor Certification is designed for those who would like to represent the QiFlow Program  through your workshops, classes, studio, social media.  With this certification, depending on your experience and comfort level,  you may be invited to take part in teaching online workshops and classes at a global level to represent QiFlow.

To become a an QiFlow Instructor you must complete the following:

• Learn all techniques, exercises, +meditations from all video lessons in the modules:  WOOD, FIRE, EARTH, METAL, WATER  
• Complete 5 private training sessions ( 1 per module), and 5 video presentations ( 1 per module) with Leda 
• Have solid knowledge of all video lessons up to Level 1 TaiChi           
• Read through the manual, and all of the PDFs in each of the modules and recommended reading books
• Document home practice hours  (40  hours of home study per module) 

In addition to the above material you will need to complete the following.

On Demand TaiChi Lessons

In addition to the 8 video lessons, and materials in the resource section you will be required to learn the traditional TaiChi lessons 

Final Presentation

Once you have learned the material, you will be required to schedule private ZOOM session with Leda to do a presentation of a sample QiFlow FIRE class.  You may also choose to create a pre-recorded video presentation ( 45 minutes) of a QiFlow FIRE class

• Have attended the LIVE classes for the 5 QiFlow courses with Leda for at least one year
