The Path of Mastery: From Gold Medalist to Creator of The Five Seasons Method
Leda Elliott is a TaiChi Master, Reiki Master, and the creator of QiFlow: The Five Seasons Method, a seasonally aligned wellness program designed to help people cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony.
With over 30 years of experience teaching, competing, and performing both nationally and internationally, Leda has won gold medals in national and world Wushu/TaiChi competitions. However, her most formative training came from a decade of dedicated study under legendary TaiChi Grandmaster Bow Sim Mark at Boston’s Tai Chi Arts Association. During this time, she trained intensively and taught in Boston’s Chinatown, deepening her understanding of TaiChi’s internal energy work, breath, and movement—knowledge that became the foundation of QiFlow.
QiFlow:The Five Seasons Method is the culmination of Leda’s lifelong journey in the internal healing arts, integrating TaiChi, QiGong, breath-work, and seasonal energy principles into a comprehensive and accessible practice. She developed this method to make the benefits of these ancient arts available to people of all ages and abilities, providing a gentle yet powerful way to harmonize mind, body, and spirit throughout the year.
In addition to leading QiFlow programs, Leda is the owner of A Thousand Cranes Studio, where she teaches in-person classes and offers private coaching, Reiki healing, and masterclasses. She also shares her expertise with a global audience through online courses, workshops, and specialized wellness programs.
About Kellie
Chinese Medicine Advisor
Kellie Kirkpatrick, Lic. Ac, HMC is the Chinese Medicine Advisor for the QiFlow Program and has been in private practice since 1993 offering a primary focus on homeopathy and Chinese medicine, including acupuncture. In addition to her Master's Degree from the New England School of Acupuncture, Kellie studied and practiced extensively at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. In addition, Kellie studied for many years with Daoist Priest and world-renowned Scholar of Daoism and Chinese Medicine, Jeffrey Yuen.
A graduate of the Luminos school of homeopathy, Kellie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College. She sees people in the Boston area for in-person appointments and also offers comprehensive homeopathic care online to people from around the world on Zoom and Skpe .
Kellie is available for private appointments, and is happy to answer any questions, and offer her expertise to anyone looking for individual help.
