Carole is a mindset and self-mastery coach, chef, food writer, recipe developer who hosted Heirloom Meals Radio on NPR as well as hosted 2 popular and nationally televised PBS cooking specials. In addition, Carole was a culinary instructor at the Nantucket Culinary Center where she taught gluten-free and anti-inflammatory cooking. Carole is also the owner of the beautiful Boulderwood, a magical retreat located in the mountainside of Stockbridge MA.
As a result of a healing journey (she was diagnosed with an extremely rare and theoretically incurable autoimmune eye disease), Carole explored and employed alternative healing modalities to heal herself when the Western medicine model failed her. Her primary tools are meditation, qigong, and clean eating.
She is excited to combine her knowledge of cooking and TCM with Leda’s QiFLow programs to bring seasonal eating programs to Leda’s audience.
