Leda Elliott is the creator of QiFlow: The Five Seasons Method—a seasonally aligned wellness program that blends Tai Chi, QiGong, breathwork, and energy medicine into a calming and effective path for cultivating physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
Rooted in over 30 years of experience in the internal healing arts, Leda’s work has evolved from the traditional to the transformational. She trained intensively under legendary Tai Chi Grandmaster Bow Sim Mark at Boston’s Tai Chi Arts Association, where she also taught in Chinatown and competed in world-class Wushu/TaiChi championships—earning multiple gold medals at both national and international levels. But it was the quieter, more internal aspects of her training—the breath, the flow, the seasonal awareness—that ultimately became her deepest source of mastery.
The Five Seasons Method is the culmination of this lifelong devotion. Grounded in Taoist philosophy and the Five Element Theory of Chinese Medicine, Leda’s method offers a way to attune the body, mind, and spirit to the natural rhythm of the seasons—restoring balance, vitality, and emotional clarity. Her teachings speak to people across generations and cultures, offering accessible practices that support healing, insight, and calm.
Leda is also the founder of A Thousand Cranes Studio, where she teaches live classes, seasonal workshops, and offers private coaching and Reiki healing. Through her global online offerings—including courses, video libraries, seasonal workshops, and her Substack The Five Seasons Life—Leda continues to guide thousands in reconnecting with the wisdom of the natural world and their own inner compass. She also shares weekly insights and seasonal practices with over 115,000 followers on Instagram, offering energy-based wellness tools for modern living.
She is the author of the forthcoming book The Five Seasons Method, to be published by Scribner in Summer 2026—a guide to reconnecting with seasonal energy, emotional balance, and natural rhythm in modern life.
